I'm not so sure it gives you energy, but it's going to keep you from getting dehydrated when you are working out I can't be certain but we think it will help if you're having bathroom issues from the ingredients listed.This drink tastes surprisingly good tasting mostly of Peach with a twang of Mango. We both think this is a great product my other half and I.

This drink is really great, I do have energy during the day after drinking it however the peach/mango flavor was not good. Also I noticed that it has a thick consistency once I added it to my water, not my cup of tea.

Kids in daycare? Always coming home with some cold or illness? This made a huge difference for my Littles. Seems to have cut the colds in half and duration of those they get is small. Makes me so happy to not have miserable small ones all the time.

I need a few benefits that this supplement claims to provide so I thought i would give a try. Im short and on the smaller size and take pediatric doses for medicines and want something that may be a little more gentle on my stomach and children versions deliver that more often than not. I was unsure how the flavor would be some children versions of medicines can be either sweet or sour like actual candy. This was mellow but definitely had the creamsicle taste. Started with one and then few hours later took another . No stomach issues and i felt like i had a little more energy at the end of the day when i normally am tired and ready to kick back. Too soon to see major improvements but will be adding to my daily routine
